Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle with no penalty. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days but can be paused with 30 days notice.
What counts as "one page"?
One page = up to 1,500 Japanese words of content on a single URL (e.g., your pricing page, homepage, or a help article). Longer pages or multi-section landing pages may count as 1.5–2 pages depending on scope — I'll always confirm before starting.
Can I roll over unused pages to next month?
Yes — unused monthly pages roll over once (e.g., if you don't submit a page in January, you get 2 pages in February). Pages expire after 60 days.
What if I need more pages than my plan allows?
Additional pages can be added at a reduced subscriber rate: $380/page for Starter subscribers, $330/page for Growth. Or upgrade your plan anytime with pro-rated billing.
